Terms and conditions
- Agreement to Terms: By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Service Scope: The online language service will provide language lessons as outlined in the course description purchased by the client.
- Payment: All payments must be made in full before any lessons are scheduled. Payment confirms the client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Scheduling Lessons: Lessons are to be scheduled in advance by mutual agreement between the client and the service provider, based on availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are not permitted.
- Missed Lessons: Any lesson missed by the client without prior cancellation notice will be considered as taken and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Late Arrivals: If the client is late to a lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling of lessons is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled lessons must be within the package validity period.
- Enrollment Termination: After three consecutive reschedules without valid justification, the school may, at its discretion, terminate the student’s enrollment in the course. In such cases, any remaining tuition fees may be forfeited, subject to the school’s refund policy.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable
- Lesson Packages: Packages of lessons must be used within the specified time frame. Unused lessons after the expiration date are forfeited. Each package will be valid for a period of 6 months.
- Lesson Content: All lesson materials provided by the service provider are for the client’s personal use only and may not be distributed or shared without permission.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or business information shared during lessons.
- Technical Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment and a stable internet connection for online lessons.
- Behaviour Policy: Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour during lessons may result in termination of the contract without refund.
- Termination of Services: The service provider reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- Force Majeure: The service provider is not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).
- Amendments: The service provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
- Governing Law: This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is based: Spain
- Acceptance: By making a payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- Commitment to Quality: The service provider is dedicated to delivering high-quality, engaging, and enjoyable lessons. Every effort will be made to tailor the learning experience to the client’s preferences and needs. While the service provider strives to create a positive and enjoyable learning environment, the effectiveness and enjoyment of lessons may also depend on the client’s active participation and engagement. The client acknowledges that learning outcomes can vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
